Rivers ES members, Hayley Farthing and Troy Skaleskog, unpack the portdam (aka wall buouy) at Nursery Creek. Portadams are like special wading pools that can be filled and used as portable water sources to fill tankers and also bambi buckets (those red buckets you sometimes see dangling from helicopters during bushfires) The portadam in this picture can hold up to 10,000 of water.
