It's
that time again - Rivers Unit Appointment/ election time! In
accordance with ACTSES Appointments policy, all field positions
(Deputy Commander, Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader), except that of
Commander, and all admin positions are up for refilling. The
duration of appointment will be for two years (2008 - 2010), with
the position of Commander will be up for reappointment next year.
Nominations for all positions close at 3:30pm tomorrow.
Interviews/ feedback sessions will be held between then and
Thursday, 7th Aug. On evening of 7th Aug at 7pm, there will be an
election for all positions for which there are more than the
required number of candidates. The results of the Rivers Unit
election will be announced at the Rivers AGM on Monday, 11th Aug.
