FAQs
Does this
set up include multiple computers?
Online service
includes setup of 2 computers while the in-home service,
Home Networking Made Simple, is for the setup of 3
computers.
Will
National PC connect my computer to my network adapter?
Online service we
will step you through connecting your network adapter. For
Home Networking Made Simple, we will install any hardware
that is necessary.
Will
National PC make sure the network is secure?
Absolutely.
Nothing makes us happier than having a secure and encrypted
network that is password protected.
Does this
include wireless printing setup?
Yes. We will setup
a network printer or configure a printer to be shared among
multiple computers.
Does this
include connecting a wireless Home Theater device such as a
TIVO or Blu-ray player?
Yes. We will setup
the device but it must support wireless networking. See the
device manual to determine if it supports wireless
networking.
Will I be
able to share my photos, videos, and music across my
network?
We'll even go one
step farther. Photos, videos and music can be shared between
your computers and even with some gaming consoles using DLNA,
a networking standard for sharing across your network.
