Support Plan

Scheduled Onsite Maintenance Monthly Free-Time

Bronze

2 hrs per fortnight + 1 hr per month

Silver

2 hrs per week + 3 hrs per month

Gold

3.5 hrs per week +7 hrs per month

 

Monthly Free-Time

This time can be used for Onsite or Remote support to provide additional maintenance or tend to problems that occur between visits

Replacement Parts

When computer parts fail or are faulty, these are replaced free of charge (some conditions apply)

Discounted Rates

For additional work outside of Monthly Free-Time, a "Discounted Rate" is available.

 

Scheduled Onsite Maintenance

An engineer will be at your premises at regular times to perform the Maintenance Program customised to your business. During these visits the engineer will also provide support to users and address any issues.

Prevention is Better than Cure

What many people don’t realise is that when a request is made for an engineer to fix a problem, that’s usually all they do.

 

A decision to invest in preventative maintenance is crucial. Maintenance on technology systems achieves two important results.

 

1) Prevents problems from occurring in the first place

2) Ensures that if problems do occur, the consequences are limited

 

Although savings in I.T. costs are important, the real benefits of maintenance come from reduced down-time. For each day the computer systems are down, the cost to a business is somewhere between $300 and $1200 per day per person (and that’s assuming that no data is lost!). Given that a major technology problem might take between 2 and 5 days to resolve and for un-maintained systems, they are likely to occur more than twice a year, a Support Plan is an extremely worthwhile investment.
